Traditionally delicious, the HSG Riessen Biber. The HSG Biber is a St. Gallen pastry made from honey dough and a delicious almond filling. The HSG logo adorns the top of this pastry specialty (in baking form). The Biber can be decorated with a HSG banderole if required. The Biber is great as a team gift, speaker gift, or birthday gift. Important information: We usually only have a small number of Bibers in the shop, as they have an expiration date. If you would like a larger quantity, please pre-order.
