Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs Switzerland - 7 CHF

  • Shipping costs EU - 35 CHF

  • Shipping costs abroad - 50 CHF

Additional costs will be charged if the nature of the items ordered makes it necessary to send them in several parcels, or if the parcels require an additional charge due to their dimensions or weight.

Additional costs will be charged for shipping abroad. The actual shipping costs are shown with the order. Additional customs costs may also be incurred in the destination country. These must be paid by the customer.

The ordered products will be delivered as quickly as possible, provided they are available in stock. Otherwise, a written order confirmation will be sent by e-mail with the expected delivery date.

You will find information on the availability of products on the website. We would like to point out that all information on the availability, dispatch or delivery of a product is only an estimate and an approximate guide. They do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates, unless this is expressly indicated as a binding date in the shipping options for the respective product.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

If the HSG Shop discovers during the processing of your order that the products you have ordered are not available, you will be informed separately by e-mail or telephone. If the HSG Shop is unable to deliver the ordered goods, the HSG Shop is entitled to withdraw from the contract with the customer. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available. In this case, the purchase price already paid will be refunded by the HSG Shop. The statutory claims of the customer remain unaffected.

If delivery to the customer is not possible for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.

In the case of the “pick-up in the store” shipping option, the goods will be held for 14 days from the time they are made available for pick-up and then sent to the customer by post for a fee or, if possible, free of charge by internal mail.
